Troubleshoot

BUG → Cheat is stuttering or chopping

FIX → If your game is stuttering or chopping after injection, try the following:

• Disable NVIDIA GameCapture or AMD Radeon ReLive / Instant Replay

• Cap your in-game FPS to 120 or lower

• Lower graphics settings (especially shadows and post-processing)

• Make sure no other overlays (e.g., Discord, GeForce, etc.) are active

ERROR → Loader closing while loading without opening game

FIX →

• Generate a new loader → Place it in its own dedicated folder

• Uninstall & reinstall the NVIDIA App (NVIDIA users only) → NVIDIA Download Link

• Uninstall & reinstall Overwolf (AMD users only) → Overwolf Download Link

• Reinstall Visual C++ Redistributables → VC++ Download Link

• Reinstall DirectX End-User Runtimes → DirectX Download Link

• Disable Discord and Steam from launching at startup → Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), go to the "Startup" tab, right-click Discord and Steam, and choose "Disable"

• Restart your PC → Try loading again

BUG → NVIDIA USERS ONLY: Failed to enable overlay FIX → Open the NVIDIA App, disable the overlay, then re-enable it.

BUG → AMD RADEON USERS ONLY: Menu not showing up after waiting in main menu FIX → Open Overwolf, go to "Overlay & Hotkeys", and make sure the Rust toggle is enabled.

DEBUG → EAC Blocking (caacormem.sys / Acronis conflict)FIX → EAC blocks Acronis drivers (caacormem.sys). Choose one:

• Option A: Temporarily stop Acronis service → Run services.msc → Stop anything named “Acronis Active Protection / Cyber Protect”.

• Option B: Disable driver manually → Run CMD as admin: sc stop caacormem sc config caacormem start= disabled Restart PC.

• Option C: Uninstall Acronis or related backup utilities if unused → Reboot.

DEBUG → Unclickable MenuFIX → If in-game menus don’t respond:

FIX → If in-game menus don't respond, first check admin privileges:

• Step 1: Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) → Go to "Details" tab

• Step 2: Look for RustClient.exe and explorer.exe

• Step 3: Check the "Elevated" column (add it via right-click on column headers if not visible)

If ONLY RustClient.exe shows "Yes" in Elevated column:

• Right-click Rust in Steam → Properties → Local Files → Browse

• Right-click RustClient.exe → Properties → Compatibility tab

• Uncheck "Run this program as an administrator" → Apply → OK

• Also check the actual .exe file in the Rust installation folder and repeat if needed

• Restart your PC and launch the game normally

If explorer.exe shows "Yes" in Elevated column:

• Open Task Manager → Find explorer.exe in Details tab

• Right-click explorer.exe → End task

• Click File → Run new task → Type explorer.exe (make sure "Create this task with administrative privileges" is UNCHECKED)

• Press OK → This restarts Explorer without admin rights

• Restart your PC for permanent fix, then check startup programs aren't forcing admin mode

If neither shows admin issues, try these fixes:

• Reinstall DirectX End-User Runtime → DirectX Download Link

• Reinstall Visual C++ Redistributables → VC++ Download Link

• Restart your PC and test again.

BUG → NVIDIA USERS ONLY: Menu showing up behind the game window FIX → Open the game, open the NVIDIA App and toggle the NVIDIA Overlay off and back on. Then close the game and reload it.

If that didn't work: Uninstall & reinstall the NVIDIA App → NVIDIA Download Link

DEBUG → Game Crashes

FIX → If your game crashes after launch or during load:

• Open Steam → Right-click Rust → Manage → Browse Local Files.

• In the game directory, delete GameAssembly.dll and UnityPlayer.dll.

• Go back to Steam → Right-click Rust → Properties → Installed Files → click Verify integrity of game files.

• Once verification finishes, launch the game again.

ERROR → Extracting Loader Failing

FIX → Make sure you're using WinRAR to extract the loader.

ERROR → Loader Closes Immediately

FIX → Download a fresh copy of the loader from the website.

BUG → Game Stuttering Only When Injected

FIX → Disable NVIDIA GameCapture or AMD ReLive / Capture.

ERROR → 0xDD000711

FIX → Reinject.

• If the error loops:

  • Make sure you're on a clean, non-modified version of Windows.

  • If the OS has been modified, reset Windows.

FIX → This is a network error.

• Try using a VPN (recommended: TunnelBear – free and proven to work).

ERROR → ESP/Menu Slowly Fades Out

FIX → Restart your PC and reinject the cheat.

ERROR → Overlay Instantly Shuts Down

FIX →

• Enable VSync Optimization in: Settings → Cheat → Optimization

• DISABLE EXTERNAL OVERLAYS SUCH AS DISCORD OVERLAY
